I am Chirag Shah and I am the proprietor of Shri Parshwa Developers. Our office is at S.p.9 in Giriraj Colony, which is on the 2nd lane of Panchwati. It is a quiet little spot, which I like because I can focus on the plans. I spend a lot of my time looking at blueprints and then going out to see if the reality matches the drawing. Usually, there is a bit of a gap and we have to fix it. That is just how building goes. You can plan everything on paper but the ground or the weather always has other ideas. We have been working in the Panchwati area for a long time. We know the local soil and what kind of foundations work best here. I don't believe in using big corporate words to explain what we do. We just build structures. Sometimes they are small shops and sometimes they are homes. I have a few guys who help with the paperwork, but mostly I am the one out there talking to the laborers and checking the levels. We eat our lunch on site most days. It is a simple life but I like seeing something rise out of a hole in the ground. It gives you a good feeling at the end of a long week when you can see the progress with your own eyes. We just keep building until it's done.
