Astute Advertising Event Management

Our office is over at No. 201 Ashwamegh Elligance, right near the Kalyan Jewellers in Ambawadi. Astute Advertising Event Management is where we put things together for local gatherings and small promotions. It’s usually a bit chaotic in here because we have banners, print samples, and event gear leaning against the walls. We don't have a big corporate floor; it’s just a couple of rooms where we sit and plan things out. Most of our work happens out on site, setting up stages or putting up displays. It involves a lot of lifting and moving things around, often late at night when the venues are empty. We’ve done all sorts of events around town, from small shop openings to larger community functions. It’s a lot of coordinating with different people like decorators and sound guys. Things don't always go exactly as planned, so we have to be quick on our feet. We don't use any fancy marketing talk about our vision or anything like that. We just show up, do the setup, and make sure the event happens. People in Ambawadi know we are here if they need help with a local ad campaign or a function. We keep our notes on paper mostly and try to stay organized. It’s hard work but it keeps us busy and we like being part of the local scene. We usually have lunch together at the desk while talking about the next big job we have coming up.
