This office of A. Shridhar Infracon Llp is situated right by the Jhansi Ki Rani Statue. It’s a busy intersection, and we’re right in the middle of all that activity. Being near such a famous statue makes it easy to tell people where we are. We are just a group of people who work in construction and infrastructure. It’s not a glamorous job. Most of the time, we are dealing with things like cement, steel, and site schedules. We don't have a PR team or anyone to polish our image. What you see is pretty much what you get with us. We’ve been around the block a few times and know how things work in this city. Some days are smoother than others. We might have a delay with a delivery or a piece of equipment might break down. We don't get too worked up about it; we just find a way to fix it. Our setup here near the statue is simple. We use it as our home base to keep track of our different projects. It’s loud outside with the traffic, but we don't mind the noise. It feels like the city is alive around us. We aren't looking to be the most famous names in the industry. We just want to finish our projects and make sure they are solid. We talk to each other plainly and don't use any of that corporate talk you hear in bigger offices. Just regular talk for regular work.
