Our office is at Plot No. 21 in the Rupam Shopping Center. We are situated right across from Veer Dairy near Prabhat Chowk in Ghatlodiya. It’s a very active spot with people coming and going for their daily shopping. Our space in the center isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do in the trading business. We’ve been here for a while, so we know the other shop owners around the chowk pretty well. You can usually find us in the back handling the paperwork or on the phone with various traders. The front area is where we keep some of the samples and files. It’s a bit of a busy atmosphere because of the dairy across the street and all the local traffic. We don’t really do any big promotions or flashy advertising. Most of our work is done through established connections we've made over the years. The office gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of documents to process, but we make it work. We usually take a break when the tea stall nearby opens up in the afternoon. It’s just a normal trading office where we keep track of numbers and goods. We like being in Ghatlodiya because everything we need is right within walking distance. It feels like a real community here and we just keep it simple.
