You can find Amarnath Moulds over at Plot No-105 in Block-9, right along Odhav Road. We are directly opposite the old Bhagwati Laundry, which is usually how people find us if they get lost looking for the plot number. Making moulds is dusty work, so the shop floor is never really clean no matter how much we sweep it. We have been in Odhav for quite some time now. The guys in the back spend most of their hours working with the metal and checking the measurements over and over. Sometimes the machines are a bit temperamental, so we have to spend time fixing them instead of producing things. It’s a loud place when everything is running at once. We don't have a big office or anything; it's mostly just the workshop and a small desk for the bills. The traffic on Odhav Road can get pretty bad in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap up a bit early if we can. We do a lot of different types of moulds depending on what people come in and ask for. It's interesting work, even if it's hard on the hands and makes them rough. We just keep our heads down and try to get the orders finished on time. The tea stall down the street is where we usually take our breaks in the afternoon. It’s a basic operation, but we know our way around the workshop. There isn't much to it besides the daily grind of cutting and shaping.
