Alyasar Atutomobiles

You can find us over at 26, Greenpark Society in the Maktampur area of Ahmedabad. We are located right behind the Gujarat Agro building, which is the easiest way to tell people how to get here. It’s a decent sized spot for Alyasar Atutomobiles, and we’ve been at this address for quite a while. The society is usually quiet compared to the main roads, but you still hear the city sounds in the distance. We have a small courtyard out front where some of the staff park their scooters. Inside, it smells a bit like old paper and sometimes oil or grease from the nearby works. The flooring is that old grey tile you see in many Ahmedabad buildings. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just a few stools and a sturdy table where we keep our logs and records. The sun hits the front windows pretty hard in the summer, so we usually keep the curtains pulled halfway. It’s a 380055 zip code, so we are well within the city limits but tucked away enough to not be in the middle of a traffic jam. We spend our time here dealing with whatever comes through the door. It’s a regular routine of opening up, checking the mail, and staying busy until the sun goes down behind the buildings of Maktampur. We like it here because it feels real and we can focus on our tasks without too many distractions. It’s just how we do things in our little corner.
