You can find us at 703, Karma, which is right across from the Chandanbala Complex. We are also next to Kausambi Tower, near the Mahalaxmi Char Rasta in Paldi. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but once you’re in the area, it’s easy enough to spot. We handle communication stuff here at Airtel Communications. It’s mostly just us answering questions about signals or fixing things for people in the neighborhood. The office isn't very big, and it gets quite crowded when a few customers come in at once. We have some chairs, but mostly people are standing around talking. Paldi is a great spot to be in because there’s always something happening at the Char Rasta. We don't have a big corporate vibe at all. It’s more like a local shop where we know a lot of the faces that walk through the door. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, and we just have to deal with it like everyone else. We don’t use any scripts or fancy language. If you have a problem with your connection, we just look into it. We’ve been here at the Karma building for a good while. It’s our home base and we’re happy to be part of the community here. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years.
