Air Equipments Company

Number 38 in the Satnam Industrial Estate is where Air Equipments Company is located. We are right on Nagarvel Hanuman Road in Amraiwadi. It’s a crowded area, lots of small workshops and warehouses packed together. Our place is basically a workshop and a storage space combined into one. There’s usually equipment sitting around in various stages of being checked or moved. We don’t have much in the way of decoration. Just some sturdy shelves and the tools we need. The floor is concrete and has seen a lot of use over the years. We start pretty early in the morning before the heat gets too bad in the estate. Most of us have lived around Amraiwadi for a long time, so we know the neighbors well. We talk about the local news while we’re working on the blowers or compressors. It’s hands-on work. You get your hands dirty and you spend a lot of time on your feet. There’s a specific smell to the place—oil, metal, and maybe a bit of dust from the road. When someone comes in looking for a specific part, we usually know exactly which pile it’s in. We don't use fancy software for everything; we still rely a lot on what we remember. It's just a regular business doing regular things in a busy industrial patch. Anyway, that is what life looks like for us most days of the week while we are keeping things moving.
