You can find us at 73, Maheshwari Indl. Estate, which is located in the Tawdipura part of Shahibag. Aether Industries Ltd is right in the middle of a lot of other sheds and workshops. It is a very industrial atmosphere here. There is always the sound of metal clanking or engines running nearby. Inside our unit, it is mostly about following the process and making sure the batches are right. We wear our work clothes and don't worry too much about getting a little dirty. The floor is concrete and the walls are just plain, but it suits the kind of work we do every day. Shahibag can get pretty congested with traffic, so getting things in and out takes some planning. We usually have a few people working on the floor and a couple of us handling the paperwork in the small corner office. It is not the kind of place you come to for a tour. It is just a hardworking site where we get the jobs finished. We have been in this estate for a while and know most of the neighbors. We grab lunch nearby and then get right back to the tasks at hand. It is steady work, and we like the rhythm of it. There is always a lot to move around, and we just take it one day at a time without much fuss.
