Our place is located on C.G. Road, specifically on the third floor of the Roopa Building, which is part of the Sona Roopa complex. If you know where Lal Bungalow is, we are right across from it. It is one of the busiest roads in the city, so there is never a quiet moment. We can hear the honking and the general buzz of the shops downstairs all day long. The office is at number 32. We’ve been here long enough that the walls could probably tell a few stories. It’s a simple space where we keep our documents and have a few chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at floor plans spread out on the main table. It’s not the most modern office you’ll ever see, but it’s comfortable and it’s where we get everything done. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs to the third floor, which is good exercise I suppose. We don't have any glossy brochures or anything. Most of our work comes from people who know us or who just walk in because they were already on C.G. Road for shopping. We just keep things moving, handle the paperwork, and try to stay on top of the daily tasks that come with running a business in this part of town.
