Our office is located at C-26 Gaytrikunj Society in Ranip. Most people know the area because of the new water tank nearby on Radhaswami Satsang Road. It’s a busy little spot in Ahmedabad. Adani Township & Real Estate Co. has been operating from this house-turned-office for quite a while. It’s more of a residential neighborhood, so it feels quite local and friendly compared to the downtown areas. We don't have big neon signs or anything flashy. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of maps and property documents stacked up. We handle a lot of the real estate matters for this side of the city. People come in with all sorts of questions about housing and we do our best to give them a straight answer without any fluff. It’s often noisy outside with the traffic and the local vendors, but inside we just focus on the work. We aren't a big fan of those high-rise corporate offices; this small society office suits us much better. Being close to the water tank makes it easy to give directions to people who haven't visited before. We have our routines, like getting tea from the stall down the road or catching up on the local news in the mornings. It’s a very normal way to run a business. We focus on the local real estate market and try to stay on top of the many changes happening in Ranip. It’s a good community and we’re glad to be a small part of it.
