Acron Pharmaceuticals

Our place is out in the GIDC Estate in Naroda. We're right on the Main Road at 38/2. Being in an industrial area like this means it gets dusty and noisy, but that's just part of being in pharmaceuticals. We have a lot of machinery and stuff going on at Acron Pharmaceuticals. We make products and ship them out. The guys in the back are always busy packing things into crates. I've been working here for years and the area has changed quite a bit since we started. We don't have a big corporate lobby. Just a desk and some chairs for visitors. We focus on the manufacturing side. It’s hard work and the hours can be long when we have a big order to finish. Naroda is a good spot for us because of the transport links for the trucks. We keep things simple. No fancy slogans here. Just making sure the medicine or whatever we're making is right. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon. It’s a tight-knit group of people. Most of the staff have been here a long time. We know the neighbors in the other units too. We just try to do an honest day's work. The building is older but it serves its purpose. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or art. Every day is about the production line and getting things out the door on time. It's a practical business for us here on the main road.
