Aarnam Global Projects LLP

Our office is over at Clay Walls. It's right opposite Shanti Palace on Hebatpur Road. Thaltej has been growing so fast lately, it’s hard to keep up with all the changes. There is always some new building going up. We are on the fifth floor, room 503. The view is mostly just the road, which gets quite packed. We deal with project management. That involves a lot of talking on the phone and sending emails. Sometimes it feels like the phone never stops. We started Aarnam because we had worked in the field for a long time and wanted to be our own bosses. It’s a small operation. We don’t want it to get too big and complicated. Most of our days are spent checking on the construction sites or arguing with suppliers about deliveries. Hebatpur Road is a mess during the rush hour, so we try to get in early. There are a couple of good tea stalls nearby where we go for a break. We don't have a polished lobby or a fancy sign. It’s just a working office with some desks and a lot of folders. We focus on getting the work through the system. It’s a lot of paperwork. But at the end of the day, we like seeing things actually get built. That's the part that makes the most sense.
