We are up on the third floor of the Silver Brook Complex, room 304. It’s right across from Doctor House and quite close to the Parimal Underpass in Ambawadi. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always some noise and activity going on outside. Here at the clinic, we do Ayurveda and Panchkarma. We have the wooden tables and the specific oils needed for all the different treatments. It’s not a fancy spa; it’s a wellness clinic where we follow the old ways of healing. The rooms usually smell like herbs and warm oils, which most people find quite calming once they step inside. We see a lot of folks who are tired of regular medicines and want to try something else for their aches or long-term health. Ambawadi is a central spot, so we get people coming from all over the city. The Silver Brook building is easy to spot once you get near the underpass. Inside, it’s just us doing our daily work, preparing the oils and talking to patients about their daily habits. We try to keep a peaceful atmosphere because that’s a big part of the whole process. Sometimes the lift in the complex is a bit slow or moody, but it gets you here eventually. We have been here for a good while now, just quietly doing our thing. It’s a honest, small business run by people who really care about these traditional methods and helping the community feel better.
