Aadikara Builders Llp is located at 03, Akshar 9 Bunglows, which is right across from the Rajbhavan Bunglows in Nikol. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know where the Saurastra Patel Samaj Ni Wadi is. We have been using this bungalow as our main office for a while because it’s a lot more comfortable than being in a crowded commercial tower. There is a bit of a garden out front, though we don't always have time to keep the grass trimmed like we should. Inside, it’s just a normal house that we’ve turned into a workspace. We have our maps and project files spread out on the dining table most of the time. Nikol has grown so much lately, and there’s always noise from some new construction happening nearby. We find that being in a residential society helps us keep things low-key. Most of our days are spent on the phone or talking to people who drop by to ask about our building work. It gets busy during the morning hours when everyone is heading out to the sites. We don't have a big fancy reception area, so visitors usually just come straight into the main room where we work. It's a bit messy with all the blueprints and coffee mugs, but that’s just how we operate. We like being part of this neighborhood and having a simple place to run our business without all the corporate stress. It is just how things are done here.
