A And I Buildwell LLP is based out of Asopalav House, which is right opposite the Keshavbag Party Plot. Being on the 132 Ft Ring Road in the Satellite area means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a busy part of Ahmedabad, and our office reflects that energy. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or marketing slogans. Instead, we focus on the building projects we have going on across the city. The office is where we handle the boring but necessary stuff like permits, payroll, and talking to contractors. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit much, but it’s a good location for getting around to our different sites. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and most of the locals know Asopalav House. We try to keep things simple here. No one wears a tie unless they absolutely have to for a meeting. We prefer to just talk plainly about what needs to be done and how we’re going to do it. It’s an honest way to run a business, and it seems to work for us. We have a mix of younger staff and people who have been in the construction trade for decades. That mix helps us stay grounded. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to build things that last and keep our commitments to our partners. It's just a normal day at the office where we get on with things.
