We’ve been here at 30, Sola Gam Rd for a while now. Most days it’s just us keeping busy with the work that comes in. Sola is a busy area but our spot stays pretty steady. It’s a plain building, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. People usually find us easily enough once they get onto the Gam Road. We start early most mornings when the traffic is still manageable. There’s a tea shop nearby where everyone goes during the break. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer months here in Ahmedabad. We just get on with things. Sometimes the internet is slow or a delivery arrives late, but that’s just how it goes. We don’t have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. If you walk in, you’ll probably see a couple of us at our desks or moving boxes around. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s not loud either. We like being in this part of town because it feels like a real neighborhood. We’ve seen the shops around us change over the years. Some neighbors have been here as long as we have. We try to keep things simple and just do what we’re supposed to do without making a big fuss about it. It works for us.
