Vidya Niketan College Of Engineering

Vidya Niketan College Of Engineering is situated at 670 Vidyanagari, right along the Pune Nashik Highway in Sangamner. The address is 422605 in the Ahmednagar district. Since we are on the highway, we get a lot of trucks and buses passing by all the time. The campus is spread out with different buildings for the various engineering departments. We have workshops where the students work on machines and labs filled with computers and testing equipment. The buildings are mostly concrete and look pretty standard for a college. There is a lot of walking involved to get from one side to the other. We have a canteen where students grab tea and snacks between their lectures. It’s often quite dusty because of the road construction nearby, but we try to keep the labs clean. The staff rooms are usually cluttered with books and old project reports. It’s a busy place with students always rushing to get to their practicals on time. We don’t have much in the way of fancy landscaping, just some patches of grass and a few benches where people sit. The focus here is mostly on the technical work and the exams. It’s a long day for everyone, especially for those who commute from further away in Ahmednagar. We just keep things moving and follow the schedule as best as we can.
