Our place is located on Dharangaon Road in Kopargaon. It is a bit of a drive if you are coming from outside the Ahmednagar district, but we like it out here. The office is pretty straightforward. We have some desks, a lot of files piled up, and a couple of ceiling fans that are pretty old. It gets quite hot in this part of Maharashtra, so we usually start our work early before the sun really hits. Most of the people working here are local. We know the area well and we know the people who live around Dharangaon Road. It is a practical setup. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or expensive coffee machines. We just use what we have to get the day's work finished. Usually, you can find someone here from Monday to Saturday. Sunday is when we all take a break. The road outside can get a bit dusty with all the trucks passing through, but that is just part of living in Kopargaon. We handle a variety of projects and there is always something different to look at every week. Sometimes we are out on a site for the whole day and the office is empty. Other times, we are all stuck inside doing the math and planning things out. It is a decent way to make a living and we have been at it for some time now. We try to be fair and get things done on time.
