Sai Gifts

We started Sai Gifts a while back, and we’re located in the 'Yashoda' building. It’s right opposite the Sai Mandir in Sarjepura, which is how we got our name. Being near the temple means we see a lot of people every single day, especially during the festivals. The shop is a bit small, but we’ve managed to pack it with all kinds of things that people might want to give as presents. It’s a very local spot, and Surjepura has a nice feel to it. I usually spend my time dusting the shelves or chatting with the people who stop by after their prayers. We aren't trying to be some big retail chain. We’re just a small shop in the neighborhood trying to provide something useful. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit much and boxes pile up in the corners, but we try to keep it tidy enough. I like the morning time here when the temple bells are ringing and the street is just waking up. It’s a good place to be. We don't have any fancy business plans or anything like that. We just open the shutters in the morning and see who comes in. It’s been a steady life so far. If you’re ever visiting the Mandir, you’ll see our sign right across the road. We’re usually there until late in the evening.
