Our office for Rupani Constructions Pune is actually located in Ahmednagar, on Vanjar Galli. We are right there at Raigad Chowk in a building called Laxmi Niwas. It might seem a bit confusing with Pune in the name, but this is where we operate from daily. The office is a regular room filled with site plans, some samples of materials, and a lot of registers. We spend a good amount of our time out at different construction sites around the area, but this is where we come back to handle the billing and the planning. Ahmednagar is a place where everyone knows everyone, so we rely a lot on our reputation in the local community. We don't use any big marketing agencies to talk about what we do. We just build things. Some days are really long, especially when we are trying to finish a roof or get the foundation poured before the rain starts. It’s a lot of physical work and coordinating with laborers and suppliers. Laxmi Niwas is an easy landmark for people to find us. We’ve been working out of this spot for years and the walls are covered with old photos of projects we’ve finished. It’s not a fancy corporate office, just a practical space for a construction team. We deal with the local weather and the local markets every single day to get the job done. It's just how we run the business here.
