Our office is located out in Ahmednagar district, specifically in Dedgaon, Taluka Newasa. We operate as Omega Promoters Pvt Ltd. and you can find us care of B.R. Mungase. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 414604. It’s more of a rural setting compared to the big city offices in Pune, and we like the pace of things here. It’s a bit of a drive to get to us, but it’s a nice area. Our workspace is simple and fits in with the local surroundings. We don’t have any neon signs or glass elevators. Just a sturdy building where we keep our records and meet with people from the nearby villages and towns. We deal with a lot of land-related matters, so we spend plenty of time talking to farmers and local landowners. It’s a lot of manual work and checking boundaries. Sometimes the power goes out, so we just wait it out or work by the window. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. People around here know the Mungase name and they know where to find the office. We don't spend money on big ads. We just try to be fair and do a good job with the projects we take on.
