We are located out in Kashti, which is part of the Shrigonda taluka in Ahmednagar district. The pin code is 414701 if you are looking for it on a map. It is a bit far out from the main city areas but we like it here. Even though the name says Thane, this specific spot is where we handle a lot of the actual ground work for the power transmission structures. The spelling on some of the old paperwork is a bit funny but everyone knows who we are. It is a rural area so things move at a different pace. We deal with a lot of heavy equipment and metal parts. The dust gets everywhere especially when the wind picks up across the fields. We have a small office space where we keep the records. It is mostly just local guys working here. We get to work early before it gets too hot. The sun in A.Nagar can be really something in April. We don't have fancy furniture, just what works for us. Most days involve checking on shipments or making sure the fabrication is going okay. We talk to the truck drivers and the laborers all day. It is practical work. Nothing fancy about it at all. We just make sure the structures are built right so the electricity can move across the state like it should. We do our best to keep everything on schedule despite the heat and the distance from the main city.
