Our office is located in the HDFC Colony in Ahmednagar, at E2/4. It is a decent, quiet neighborhood which is a nice change from the dusty construction sites we spend most of our time at. We’ve been operating in Maharashtra for a long time now, and we know how the local systems work. The office is where we keep all our records and meet with the guys to discuss the next day's tasks. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and a lot of maps of the local area pinned to the walls. We don't have any big mission statements or fancy goals written down anywhere. Our only real goal is to finish the work we started and move on to the next one. Building things is just a way of life for us. We deal with the suppliers in Ahmednagar city, we hire the local laborers, and we make sure the bills get paid on time. Sometimes the work is slow because of the rain or because materials don't show up, but we just deal with it as it comes. We are just regular people who know the building business inside and out. We don't try to polish things up or act like we are bigger than we are. If you stop by E2/4, you’ll likely find us drinking tea and looking over some handwritten notes about a project.
