We've been around Pune for a while now, specifically tucked away behind the Gurudwara in Walhekarwadi. It's a busy spot but we like it here. My name is on the paperwork but really it’s just a group of us working on the manufacturing side of things. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Most days you’ll find the gates open and the machines running. We deal with various parts and assembly work right here in Maharashtra. People sometimes get lost looking for us because of the narrow roads near the Gurudwara, but once you find the sign, you’re there. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done. The weather gets hot in the afternoons, so we start early. It’s not a complicated setup. We just make things and send them out where they need to go. If you’re coming from the main part of Pune, it takes a bit of time depending on the traffic. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some new shops opened up down the street lately. We’re just part of the local landscape now. No big speeches or goals, just the usual work day after day. We keep the tools organized and the floors swept as much as we can. It’s a decent place to work. We know most of the people around here by name. That’s just how it goes for a small outfit like ours in 413701.
