Agromax Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in Sakur, which is in the Sangamner area of Ahmed Nagar. We are registered at the place of Wavre Shobha Sahebrao. It is a local village setup. Most of us here in Sakur have small plots of land, and it can be hard to make a living sometimes. We formed this group so we could help each other out. We don't have a big office building, just a room where we keep our papers and meet up. The farming here depends a lot on the rain, so we are always talking about the weather. We grow various crops depending on what is selling well. The company isn't about making some big name for ourselves; it’s just about survival and maybe doing a bit better than we did last year. We are all neighbors here. We don't use a lot of fancy English or marketing talk. It’s just simple talk about seeds, tractors, and the local market in Sangamner. We try to keep things transparent because everyone knows everyone else. It’s a humble effort. Sometimes things are slow, and sometimes it's very busy during harvest time. We just take it as it comes. Being a producer company just means we are trying to be professional about our farming and get our group sorted out properly. We’ve been here for a long time and we know this land well.
