YUANSH INFRACON (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We are over at 10 Lamxmipark, near Mahadev Nagar on Vastral Road. Our office is in the Odhav area. Yuansh Infracon is an OPC, so it’s a pretty small-scale operation. I started this because I wanted to work for myself and handle construction projects my own way. It’s not a fancy setup. I’ve got a desk, a couple of chairs, and a lot of folders. Being on Vastral Road means it’s always noisy with traffic, but that’s Ahmedabad for you. Most of my day is spent on the phone or driving to different sites to see how things are going. I don’t have a big marketing budget or a sales team. People usually find out about me through word of mouth or by seeing the sign near Mahadev Nagar. It’s just me and a few workers I hire for specific jobs. Sometimes the scheduling gets a bit tight and I have to work late to keep things on track. I don’t pretend to be a giant corporation. I’m just a guy running an infracon business from a small park in Odhav. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the nearby construction, but that’s just life here. I try to keep things moving and make sure the work gets done as promised. It’s a lot of responsibility, but I enjoy the challenge of building things. Every day is a little different and that keeps me going through the week.
