Yamraj Buildcon Private Limited is based out of Shop No. 19 in the Marutinandan Complex. We are right in the middle of Village Telav, which is part of the Sanand Taluka. The area has been growing pretty fast lately, so there is always some kind of construction going on. We mostly stick to our local area and handle the projects that come our way. The office is a simple place where we manage the supplies and the labor schedules. It’s not always easy to keep everything on track, especially when there are delays with materials or the weather doesn't cooperate, but we do our best to keep things moving. We don't have a big team of executives, just a few of us who know the building trade. We prefer to talk to people plainly and not use a lot of complicated words or marketing talk. If someone needs something built, we look at the plans and figure out how to get it done within their budget. Being in a village like Telav, your reputation matters, so we try to be as practical and honest as possible with everyone we work with. Most days you’ll find us either at the shop or driving between sites in Sanand. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in Gujarat, just a reliable one that does its job and goes home. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything organized, but we’ve got a system that works for us and the people who hire us.
