Ya Realbuild Llp

Ya Realbuild LLP is located over in Danilimda. We are at Patel Vas, inside the Universal Villa area. It’s a residential part of Ahmedabad, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We like it that way because it’s more relaxed. The neighbors are mostly families, and you can hear kids playing outside in the afternoons. Our office is part of the villa setup. We do real estate and building work from here. Usually, the table is covered in site photos and scratch pads with numbers written all over them. We don't have a receptionist or anything. If you knock on the door, one of us will just get up and let you in. The 380028 area is quite busy, but our little corner in Patel Vas is tucked away. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to workers or checking on where the bricks are. It’s a lot of manual tracking of things. We aren't into big speeches or trying to look important. We just want to make sure the buildings we are working on stay on schedule. Sometimes we have tea with the people living nearby. It feels like being part of the community here in Ahmedabad. It’s a simple way to run a business, without all the extra polish you see in the city center. We keep a few extra chairs out front for when people stop by to chat. It’s not a fancy life, but it works.
