Wohntex Linen Private Limited is located over at B-44 in the Aryaman Bunglows. We are near the Thaltej Crossing in the Shilaj area of Ahmedabad. It is more of a residential neighborhood than a commercial one, which makes for a different kind of workday. We are not surrounded by high-rise office buildings, but rather other houses and trees. This gives our space a bit of a homey feel, even though we are strictly here for business. The office is essentially part of a bungalow, so it has a layout that you would not find in a standard commercial block. We use the rooms for different parts of the linen business—storage in one area, desks in another. It is fairly quiet around here, except for when people are commuting through the Thaltej Crossing nearby. We do not have a big staff, so it is usually just a few of us. We spend our mornings going through emails and checking on the inventory. Because we deal with linen, the rooms are often filled with the smell of new fabric and stacks of different materials. We do not really have a formal dress code or any corporate rituals. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things tidy. It is a simple setup that works well for the kind of scale we operate at. We like being in this part of Ahmedabad because it feels a little less frantic than the city center. It is just a solid, quiet place to work.
