Welstand Construction Private Limited is based out of House No. 7 in Krishna Nagar Society. We are located right near Kamla Nehru Society in the Behrampura area of Ahmedabad. We don't have a big office building in the center of town. We just work from this house because it’s convenient and it’s where we started. We are a small local operation. Most of our work involves building things for people in the local community. We don't use fancy advertisements or big words to describe our business. We just show up with our crew and start the work. Construction is a tough job and there’s always sand, bricks, and cement everywhere. Sometimes we have to deal with loud machinery and early morning deliveries, which can be a bit much, but that’s just how you get a house built. We know the local shops and where to get the supplies we need for a fair price. We’ve been doing this for several years now and have a decent handle on how things work in this part of Ahmedabad. We don't try to sound like a giant corporation. We are just a group of people who know how to lay bricks and manage a construction site. We just take one job at a time and try to do it right without making a big fuss about it. It’s a simple way to make a living.
