You can find us over at Fortune Ind Park in the Kathwadavill area. Our office is Sf224, which is up on the second floor. Being out here in Singarva Ct, near Tal Daskroi, means we see a lot of the industrial side of things. It’s a bit of a drive from the city center, but this is where all the growth is happening right now. Viskapi Realty Private Limited was set up to handle the property needs in this specific patch of land. It’s often dusty around here with all the trucks and building work going on, but we like being in the middle of it. We don't have any fancy carpets or expensive coffee machines. It’s just a practical workspace where we get things done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at site visits, making sure we know exactly what’s happening with the land. It’s a straightforward business for us. We don't try to make it sound like something it isn't. If a plot is good, we say so, and if it has problems with the paperwork, we say that too. It’s better to be clear from the start. Most of our day is spent navigating the local rules and talking to builders. We’ve been in Daskroi long enough to know the layout of the place pretty well. It’s just regular work for regular people trying to find their footing.
