So, VISH G B DEVELOPERS LLP is basically based out of a basement store in Madhupuri Radiance. We’re right near Mahalakshmi 5 Road in Paldi. It’s not a fancy glass-walled office or anything like that, but it works for us. Living and working in Ahmedabad means you get used to the heat and the traffic, and Paldi is right in the thick of it. The basement stays a little cooler than the street level, which is a blessing in May. We have our files stacked up on metal shelves and a few desks that have seen better days. People stop by to talk about land or how their house projects are going. Sometimes the neighbor's kids are playing out in the street right above us and you can hear the cricket ball hitting the pavement. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just know the local area really well. If you walk down towards Sur No 97/1/26, you'll see our sign. It’s a simple setup. We spend our mornings checking on things and our evenings catching up on the accounts. It is just a regular group of people trying to build something decent without making a big fuss about it. We like the neighborhood vibe here, even if parking can be a total nightmare during the rush hour. You just have to find a spot wherever you can and walk the rest of the way to reach us.
