VINCENZO PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of Shed No-119 in the Abhishree Industrial Park. We are tucked away behind the Grand Vishala Estate, not far from the S P Ring Road in Odhav. Being in an industrial park means we are surrounded by other workshops and warehouses, so it’s never quiet around here. There is always the sound of machinery or trucks moving in and out. Our shed is where all the planning happens. We keep our tools and some materials here too. It’s a dusty place sometimes, especially when the wind picks up off the Ring Road, but it’s where we do our best work. We handle various construction projects across Ahmedabad. We aren't a big corporate office with air conditioning in every corner. We’re more of a hands-on group. If there’s a problem on a site, we usually just hop in the truck and go fix it. Odhav is a tough, hardworking part of the city, and we feel like we fit in well. Most of our neighbors are doing similar things, so there’s a good sense of community among the business owners here. We don’t have a lot of fancy brochures or a PR person. We just talk to people directly and try to finish our jobs on time. It gets hot in the shed during May, but that’s just life in Gujarat. We’ve been here for a bit and we know the local landscape well and how to get things done.
