VENUS POLYTHREAD PRIVATE LIMITED

Our shed is number 112 in the Karunasagar Association, right near Rakesh Engineering. It is in the Anil Starch Mill area of Ahmedabad. It is a bit of a crowded industrial pocket, but it works for what we do with polythreads. We spend most of our time around the machines and boxes. The noise is something you just get used to after a week or two. It’s a lot of winding and checking the quality of the thread. If the tension is off, everything else goes wrong. We aren't a huge corporation with a thousand employees. We are just a small group of people who know how to handle synthetic threads. Some of the guys have been here since we first opened the doors. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny signs. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or by just driving through the estate. The parking can be a mess on Mondays, but we manage. We just want to get the thread out the door so the weavers can do their part. It's a simple process, really. We take the raw stuff, process it, and send it out. Gujarat is full of places like ours, tucked away in sheds and backlots. We are just one of them, making sure the industrial wheels keep turning in this part of town.
