Our workspace is at 101, Arvind Mill Chawls, right on Anil Starch Road in Sarespur. It’s an older part of town with a lot of history in the textile industry. The building itself has seen better days, but it serves us well for what we do. We aren't a high-tech firm with shiny glass windows. It's more of a traditional setup where the work is hands-on. We deal with textiles every day, and the smells of the mill area are just part of the environment now. There's always someone coming or going on Anil Starch Road. It’s a busy street and can get quite congested. We keep things pretty simple inside. We have our equipment and our storage, and that’s about it. The rooms aren't very large, so we have to stay organized to get anything done. Most of the people working here have been in the trade for a long time. We don't bother with much marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just take the orders as they come and try to do a decent job. Sometimes the roof leaks a bit when it rains hard, but we just put out a bucket and keep going. It’s just the way things are in these old chawls. We like the grit of the place; it feels like real work happens here. You can hear the traffic outside all day long but we don't mind.
