URJA BUILDCON PROJECTS LLP is right in the heart of the old part of Ahmedabad. Our office is located at Gandhi Road in the Khadia area. If you know the city, you know how busy and crowded these lanes like Fatasa Pole and Hirabhai Pole can be. We are specifically at Flat No-30 in Shree Sadan Society. Working in this part of town is a lot different than the newer areas. There is so much history here and the streets are narrow, which makes construction and project management quite a challenge sometimes. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the logistics of getting materials in and out of these tight spaces. It is a local business and we have grown up seeing these old buildings, so we know the area really well. Our days are filled with meetings and visiting sites around the Khadia district. It is a noisy place but full of life, and we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. We don't have a big corporate setup, just a simple office where we get our planning done. Most of our staff are locals who understand how things work in this part of Ahmedabad. We just focus on the projects at hand and try to make sure everything is built right. It is hard work but it feels good to see a project finished. Sometimes we just sit and have tea while looking at the maps and figuring out how to fix a problem on a site.
