Unicon Buildspace India Private Limited

Unicon Buildspace India Private Limited has its office on the 9th floor, at unit 906 in B Square. We are located right near Neptune House and the Iscon-Ambli BRTS station. Being in a busy part of Ahmedabad means we are always in the middle of the action. We handle build space projects, which involves a lot of coordination between different trades and suppliers. Our office is a bit higher up, which is nice, but we spend most of our hours down at the actual sites. We aren't really into using corporate jargon or making big promises we can't keep. We just look at the project requirements and do our best to meet them. Sometimes it’s a struggle to keep everything on schedule when there are so many moving parts, but that is the nature of construction. We have a small, hardworking team and we all pitch in where needed. The BRTS nearby is helpful for getting around, though we usually end up driving to sites with our gear. We’ve been in the B Square building for some time now and it suits our needs perfectly. We don’t do a lot of formal meetings; we prefer to just talk things through and get to work. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it seems to work well for us and the people we build for. We just keep our eyes on the work and handle the day's challenges as they arrive.
