You can find us in the basement of the Shree Kunj Apartment in the Ambawadi area of Ahmedabad. It’s a bit of an unusual spot because you have to go down the stairs to find us, but it actually stays quite cool down here when the sun is beating down on the city. We are right opposite Sun Photo, which is a well-known landmark in Nehrunagar. Being in a basement means we don't have much of a view, but we are too busy to look out of windows anyway. The space is filled with the usual office stuff like computers, piles of paper, and some snacks for the afternoon. We have been here for a while and the neighbors in the apartment building are used to us by now. Ambawadi is a great location because it’s central, though parking can be a real headache sometimes. We usually just walk or take a rickshaw if we can. We are a small team at Tvp Food Llp. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just come in, do our work, and head home. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to catch up on, but we don't mind. It’s just how it is when you are running a small food business in a city as busy as Ahmedabad. We are just practical people doing our daily jobs.
