The street outside is always noisy with motorcycles and vendors. We have a small sign above the door so people can find us. Inside, it is pretty quiet though. We have a few computers and a lot of ledgers. I still like keeping some things on paper because it feels more reliable. We don't use a lot of fancy technology or anything. Just the basics to get the job done. Our team is small and we all know each other well. We eat lunch together most days at the small table in the back. It is not a corporate environment at all. We just talk like regular people and deal with the challenges as they come. Sometimes shipping schedules get messed up and we have to stay late to fix things. It is just part of the work.
