Travis Properties Llp

Our office sits between 701 and 703 in the One42North Tower. It’s right off the Ambli Bopal Road. Being up on the seventh floor gives us a pretty good view of the area. We can see the traffic building up on the road below while we’re working on our property files. Travis Properties Llp is a small team, and we like it that way. It’s easier to keep track of everything when you can just shout across the room to your colleague. The tower is modern, but our office feels like a normal, messy workplace. We’ve got stacks of files and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use every single morning. Working off Ambli Bopal Road is convenient because everything we need is nearby. We spend our days looking at property listings and talking to people about where they want to move. It’s a lot of coordination between different parties. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city, just one that knows what it’s doing. Some days are loud with phone calls and some days are quiet while we catch up on the endless paperwork. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just show up, do the property work, and try to make sure everything is handled correctly. It’s a straightforward life here in the tower. We’ve gotten to know the other people in the building, and it feels like a little community of its own.
