Tisya Weaves Llp is situated over at Shop No 15 in the Millennium Textile Market 4. This is in the Mangrol area of Surat, which is a place known for its textiles. We spend our days in the market, which is always loud and full of energy. There are so many shops around us, all doing similar things, but we just focus on our own space. It’s a typical market shop, filled with weaves and fabrics from floor to ceiling. We don't have a lot of room for anything other than the products we handle. It can get pretty cramped when a new shipment comes in, but we manage. Most of the people who work here have been in the textile trade for years, so we don't need much explaining. We just get on with the job of sorting, selling, and moving the stock. Being in the Millennium Textile Market means we are right where the action is. It’s not a quiet place to work, but we like the buzz. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or corporate talk. We just show up, open the shop, and do what needs to be done. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we’re happy to be part of the Surat textile community. There’s always someone coming by to look at fabrics, so we stay on our toes all day long to keep things moving.
