Texhibex Venture Llp is tucked away in the Nagar Sheth No Vando area of Gheekanta. Our specific spot is in Jain Colony, at number 11. If you know Ahmedabad, you know this part of the city has a lot of history and it’s always packed with people and trade. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, but we like the energy of it. The office is just a place where we gather to manage our projects. It’s not a shiny new building, but it has everything we need to stay productive throughout the week. We spend a lot of time talking and figuring out the next steps for whatever is on our desk. We don't really have a hierarchy or anything like that. We just all pitch in. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a ten-minute break to clear our heads. The street noise is always there, but it becomes like background music after a while. We aren't a corporate giant, just a small group trying to make a living and do right by the people we work with. Most days are pretty standard. We show up, handle the emails, deal with the paperwork, and try to wrap up by evening. It’s a straightforward way of living and working. We don't see any reason to make it sound more complicated than that. It’s just our work and we take it as it comes.
