We are set up right near the Odhav Ring Road in Ahmedabad. If you know the area, you know it is always humming with the sound of heavy trucks and people moving things around. Our spot is inside the Gujarat Vyapari Maha Mandal, which is a busy place for traders and small businesses. We have been working out of this space for a while now. The office is not very big, and we have boxes stacked up in the corners quite often. It is just the way it goes when you are dealing with food products. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking the latest arrivals. The dusty road outside gets a bit much in the summer, but we have a small fan that keeps us going. We usually get our tea from a stall just down the road near the ring road junction. It’s a simple routine. We show up early, deal with the paperwork, and make sure everything is where it needs to be. The address is 119 in the Maha Mandal complex. It can be hard to find if you are not looking for the right sign, but once you are here, it is pretty straightforward. We are just local people trying to keep things running smoothly. There is no big corporate ladder here, just us and the daily work we have to do.
