Tafa Infra Private Limited is located at 229/A/45 Om Nagar, in the Akhandanand Chhapra Chamanpur area of Ahmedabad. It’s a local spot and we’ve been here for a while now. We work on infrastructure projects, which basically means we help build the stuff that the city needs to keep running. We don't have a high-rise office or a lobby with a receptionist. It’s just a practical workspace where we can meet and talk about the jobs we have going on. Most of our work happens out in the field anyway. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different people to make sure things get built correctly. It’s a lot of manual work and technical planning. The area around Om Nagar is where we feel at home. It’s not a fancy neighborhood, but it’s real and it’s where we do our business. We don't bother with marketing or trying to sound like a big corporate entity. We are just people who know how to handle construction and infra tasks. Some days are stressful when things don't go according to plan, but that's just how it is in this industry. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at what needs to be done and we try to do it without making a mess. We’ve got a small team and we all know our roles. We just keep going, one project at a time, and try to stay busy throughout the year. It's just us doing what we can.
