Our office is tucked away in Vardan Tower, which is part of the Vithalbhai Patel Colony on Stadium Road. We are in unit G/4, near Vimal House. It is a decent spot in Navrangpura. The building has been there for a while, so it has some character. We do construction work, which means our office is usually full of samples of stone and bits of wood. It's not the cleanest place in the world. We spend our mornings coordinating with people at different sites. The traffic on Stadium Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we try to get in early. Navrangpura is a good area to be in because everything is close by. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. You won't find us in suits very often. Usually, we are in dusty clothes after coming back from a site inspection. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. There’s always some problem to solve, like a late delivery or a mistake in the measurements. We just take it as it comes. It's a lot of practical work and not much talking. Sometimes we sit on the balcony of the tower just to get some air. We have been working from this tower for quite some time. It's just where we feel comfortable doing what we do. No big secrets or fancy stories, just a local construction outfit doing its bit.
