Our office is up on the fifth floor of the Sutaria Complex, number 505 to be exact. We are right there in Maharashtra Society, Mithakhali. It’s a busy part of town, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a headache if you come at the wrong time. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s an older place, but it works for what we do. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through files and talking on the phone. We deal with property matters every day. It’s a lot of back and forth with different people, trying to get all the documents lined up. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. The view from the window isn't much, just the rooftops of the other buildings in Mithakhali. We don't have a big team, just a handful of people who know how to get things done. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, looking at sites or meeting people where they are. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. Most of the folks in the complex know us by now. We try to keep things simple and direct. No point in making things more complicated than they already are. If a project is moving, we're on it. If there’s a delay, we deal with it. That’s just how it goes in this business. We don't mind the long hours as long as the work gets finished.
