Suryam Developers Llp is located over at the Shivalik Business Center on S.G. Highway. We are on the first floor in suite B/101. It’s tucked away behind the Rajpath Club in Bodakdev. We’ve been working on various development projects around this part of town for some time. It’s a small team here, and we mostly spend our time looking over blueprints and talking to contractors. The office is pretty standard, nothing too flashy, just a place to get work done. Being near the highway makes it easy for us to get to different sites, though the traffic can be a pain sometimes. We don't really do the whole big marketing thing. Mostly, we just focus on the buildings and making sure things are built right. It’s a lot of long hours and constant phone calls. Bodakdev has grown so much lately, and being right in the middle of it is interesting. We see new things popping up every week. Our day starts early and usually ends quite late when there are deadlines. We just want to do honest work and finish our projects. It's a local business, run by people who live nearby. We know the area well. If you know where the club is, you can find us pretty easily. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. Some days are stressful, but that's just part of the job in this industry.
