Sunbeach Developers LLP is located in Sabarmati, specifically at Dharnendra Anklev. Our office is on the 5th floor, number 501, which gives us a bit of a view of the area near Ancher. We are right opposite Jain Nagar, a landmark that helps people find us when they are lost in the Sabarmati streets. Building things takes up all our time, whether we are looking at maps or talking to the guys on the ground. Ahmedabad gets really hot, so the office is where we retreat to when the sun gets too much, though there is always someone coming in or going out to a site. We are a small team and we don't have a lot of fancy titles or big meetings. We just sit around the table, look at what needs to be done, and figure out the next step. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we have to take the stairs, but that's just part of life here. Being in Sabarmati means we are close to a lot of our project areas, so we spend a lot of time driving back and forth. It’s a straightforward business where we focus on the bricks and mortar. We don’t spend much on advertising because word of mouth in this neighborhood usually does the trick. It’s just us trying to build something decent and keeping the books in order while we are at it.
