Sprit Impex International Private Limited is run out of B/10 in the Gayatri Society. This is located in the Saijpur Bogha area, right off Naroda Road in Ahmedabad. It is a bit more of a neighborhood feel than a big industrial park. We are very close to the Kubereshwar Mahadev temple, which is a nice place to visit when things get a bit too stressful at work. Our office is basically a converted space in the society, so it feels very personal and local. We do international trade from here, which might seem strange given the quiet location, but it works well for us. We have our computers and our filing cabinets all squeezed into the space. The neighbors are used to us by now and sometimes they drop by just to say hello. Naroda Road is always busy with traffic, so it’s nice to step back into the society where it’s a bit calmer. We handle a lot of different goods and the paperwork that goes with them. It’s mostly checking codes and making sure the containers are booked correctly. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. It’s just a few of us handling everything from the mail to the accounts. It is a practical way to run an impex business without all the extra costs of a fancy downtown office. We just focus on getting the goods moved and keeping our clients happy.
